Tamryn, President/CEO

Ms. Doolan is a Service Disabled Veteran serving during the Viet Nam War. She has been with SGT for almost 20 years and President/CEO for the last 12 years. Tamryn has a BA in Retail Management. Her specialty is technical support and graphics and she is well educated on all of SGT’s products.  Tamryn is a past member of ASTM D33 & C09. Her work on D33 gained a re-write of Standard D4260 titled “Standard for Liquid and Gelled Acid Etching of Concrete”.  One of Tamryn’s focuses is educating contractors which led her to writing a training workbook series titled “The Powder Room”, education for Women Contractors and Business Owners. Tamryn welcomes brainstorming opportunities.

Daniel Doolan, R & D –

Mr. Doolan is the problem solver extraordinaire.  He is the inventor and patent holder of gelled acids. Daniel has a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts and graduated from the University of Wisconsin and Arizona State University both with Honors.  As environmental issues become more of a concern, Daniel’s research becomes more valuable in providing solutions to the decorative concrete industry. If you spend 10 minutes in conversation with Dan, you will gain an hour of knowledge and insight.
